The founder of WorldsBIGGESTGym, a company created with the idea that our greatest ‘workout’ takes place in our minds. The signature personal transformation workout is the highly strategic 30-Day Happiness Challenge, which has seen CEO’s, world champion athletes, actors, entrepreneurs, single mothers and retirees from different parts of the world change the course of their lives forever. In his corporate Strategic Happiness workshops he has worked with companies like Chevron, SWIRE Oilfield & Gas Services and Offshore Marine Services.
Carl is an ex-Australian Army Major, Olympic and Asian Games consultant, personal fitness trainer, Life Coach, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, NLP master practitioner and world explorer who brings a diverse range of experience and expertise to his work. His passion is to increase the health and happiness of everyone he connects with, which has also lead him to various charity projects around Asia.
Carl is the author of The Guidebook to Happiness (pretty much exploring some the biggest do’s and don’ts to happiness from current research) and now working on his second book – The Guidebook to Optimum Health. He also presents small, highly-supportive and unique 8-Day Life Coach Training Courses in Bali and Majorca plus hosts a weekly iTunes show called The Happiness Class.
